Misleading Reward Offer
Misleading and deceptive marketing. They advertise a PKR 1,000 reward for installing the app, but only after you install it do they disclose that it cannot be used on your first booking. Then, on your second booking, you can redeem only PKR 500. The remaining PKR 500 is subject to further conditions that are not made clear upfront. This is classic bait-and-switch marketing. If these restrictions exist, they should be clearly disclosed before people install the app—not hidden afterward. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of customers’ time. I won’t be using this service again.

Worst Booking App Ever
Its been 3 days now I have been asking them to change my return flight and every time the customer service person responding with same message “we have sent the email to airline and no response on it” we have our flight tonight and nothing they are doing.

App is not working properly
The app is not syncing with their database. It doesn’t show recent bookings or past trips, and the cancel-trip option is not working either

Never recommend this app to anyone
1st and last experience with this app, bought a ticket but can’t modify and because sastaticket not allowed and you have to refund and deduction is half of the price and you have to book a new ticket.
Wrong information
Unbelievable experience during booking time was showing 7kg and after completing booking in the E ticket nil luggage and that’s why the airline charge us 7500 only for the 7 kg hand carry …

Very poor service. Specially when its come to ticket modifications, they do false promises, keep lying not recommending 👎🏻
Pathetic service
A request email has been sent to the Sastaticket.pk company and got no reply even after reminders. Please avoid and use any other channels for air bookings.
High price with bad support
I paid the higher price for ticket and when tried to contact support team for the support when my Serene Airline delayed without notice from 9PM to 10PM and later they again changed it to 10:30 and even start the boarding 23:00. Finally the flight reached to runway and later announced to abort the flight due to bad weather condition.
After another 2 hours this flight take off.
It was almost 5 hours start from 9PM to 2AM.
For the same I tried to contact support team and no one answered.
I preferred not to use this as airline staff asked me to check the the partner and we can’t support anything here.

This is very safe and easy app for airline booking, rather than to ask again and agin from the travel agents
App not working properly
The flight search fields are still not working even after the update. Instead of redirecting to your website, please provide an email on the app’s support link so that we don’t have to submit complaints through the reviews
Bad service
They provide extremely poor service, including their support. If a flight is changed or delayed, they do not inform customers. This has happened to me twice. When I contacted support, they were slow to respond and unhelpful. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

Worse Customer Service
You would be in big mess if ticket got cancelled by service provider.
Zero help by Customer Service, you have to wait two days for response. No phone calls got attended.

Not happy with this app. The company is fine however they recently advertised a promo code to all who downloaded the app.
The promo code was found to be invalid. I raised a complaint but no resolution.
