Does not let me log in
Renewed my subscription but can’t access the content. Says my password is not valid. Tried to change the password but the I never get the code via email. Tried using my phone number and it says OTP is under maintenance. Tried to register from scratch and it tells me the email is already in use. Reid to send email to Sastra support but it was returned as email undeliverable. At this point, I am over it. No clue how to even start the refund process.

I enjoyed watching some of the Satra shows on YouTube and decided to download the app. I can’t get past the OTP/SMS screen.
I set the country code as US, +1, and enter my mobile number but then it keeps asking me to authenticate and then I get a “OTP limit reached” and then “a type string is not a subtype of int of index”, very frustrating since I can’t even pay to watch the content!!!

The app has option to pay using Apple IAP, but I couldn’t pay with it. The message said the payment is completed, but the function doesn’t unlock.

Keeps showing errors and when it plays there’s no english subtitles
I love the films and shows, I would have given 5 stars but since I subscribed I always get error messages and when it finally works I don’t get an English subtitles. Please fix this issue. Thank you
