Rewards system is rigged and takes too long to save coins!
Rewards and points system is totally fixed and made so you Have toKeep buying your products. The rewards you have, their cash value and their points value don’t even match if you were to calculate the points for that certain product and I think your fleecing your customers. Especially me who’s been loyal for over 15 years .

Use it or lose it
So apparently in the fine print of the user agreement, your points expire. Good luck ever saving up enough for a gun because I use over 10 cups per day and just lost 2700 points this year and will now lose around that many points every year. That makes getting a gun forever out of reach, 👎👎. Don’t try saving up big points and use them on small rewards before they expire.

Email verification not working
When i try to scan it says that i need to verify my email but they dont send me one.
All my points and no way to use them !!
I have spent a lot of time and money on saving my points . To bad I can’t get into my cart to use them it’s been well over a month that I haven’t had access to my cart !
Got my points back
App is full of problems, I did give it a bad review and with in an hour I was emailed by customer support assuring me all my points were still there and I just needed to reinstall the app. I now have all my points back. Thanks for the immediate response.
Stopped Working
I can still open the app, but it doesn’t show any of my points or rewards, and when I try to click on anything it shows a screen with a bunch of errors. Please fix.
