Performance Slowness

This App is Very Slow during Processing.
I don’t know why. I see many people that use this app always complain but no action for reply or resolve this error. One more I got Many updated on this app, it still be low performance (Slow) compare with another Mobile App (Bank).

So as to be a lead bank should be check and verify to customer to make sure it’s smooth.
It’s annoy for using this app.

Sathanpana mobile app easy to uesd,can transfer to other bank free for charge, can check savings account balance,card transactions,transfer cash by code without fee ,Mobile top up,transfer to other VISA card,transfer to within bank,open online account without fee,and send gift to family or friends..🥰😍

works but glitches sometimes

the app works great with a lot of possibilities. but sometimes it glitches (most inconveniently, at important times when i need to check all my transactions). definitely needs more update on the app layout and touch response so that it runs smoothly.
