Die App benutzt die SGP4 bzw. SDP4 Algorithmen. Bei aktuellen Daten beträgt die Abweichung ca. 0.2 Sekunden. Täglich können ca. 0,2 -0,5 Sekunden dazu kommen. Für den Heimgebrauch ist die Genauigkeit mehr als ausreichend. Eine größere Abweichung ergibt sich meistens durch eine falsche Standortangabe. Das bedeutet, dass die angegebenen Daten nicht für den Beobachter Standort berechnet wurden.
Keppler Daten und Frequenzen?
Ich nutze die App grundsätzlich gerne, habe aber das Problem, dass viele Frequenzen der Amaterufunksatelliten nicht in der App angezeigt werden. Oder hab ich etwas übersehen?

Aktuelle Frequenzen kann der Anwender gerne selber hinzufügen. Pro Satellit stehen drei Transponderkonfigurationen zur Verfügung.

Completely inaccurate
This app has zero support for one. The main issue it gets 1 star is the predictions are anywhere from 2-10min behind the actual pass. I spent a month with zero success even getting the ISS repeater to open…went out and bought a new radio, rebuilt my antenna twice because I was always behind the satellites pass trusting this worthless app. Get GoSatWatch, first time I used it heard QSO’s and broke squelch on the ISS. This app is TRASH!

Steuerung mit 705 funktioniert problemlos. Finde die App insgesamt gut, könnte noch etwas intuitiver werden.
Was mich aber total stört ist, dass die App beim Start nicht automatisch die Bahnelemente zieht. So hatte ich schon häufiger das Problem, mit alten Bahndaten gearbeitet zu haben. Wäre toll, wenn es da zumindest ein Opt-In gäbe.

Great App.
Works great on my iPad and iPhone.Great display on iPad in portrait mode. Love “next pass” button you get a week’s worth of information that you can save to your calendar or reminder. Very easy to set up. Loads of satellites to choose from.
Would prefer to be able to change “days” in “next pass” but now I know days of the week in German !! Great App. If you’re in to satellites.
