The worst app i have seen in whole life… after logging in show me already logged in but in app no response… please came back to paper vouchers if you dont have good software engineers
Worst for signinn
Even they have updated the app several times, the signing process is worst and is never reliable. I wonder why we have to sign-in every time we need to use the app even though we are using our personal smart phone for this app.
Even we have too 90% of times the app fails to login and show the white blank screen after entering the OTP. I don’t if thats gonna be fixed ever or we have to live with the biggest IT Issue.

Paper subsidy vouchers were better
Paper subsidy vouchers were less trouble for all involved; less effort for passengers, less effort for drivers, and less effort for radio operators.
Also, logging in doesn't save passwords, if a transport worker is required to use this app on a personal device, at least offer that user this small courtesy
