I’m trying to register. I used my uk number. It says it’ll send a code to my WhatsApp and I never received a code

Tidak tau apa masalahnya, login pun tidak bisa. Ampun dah aplikasi buatan pemerintah tidak ada yang bener.

English app?
I’m a couple weeks out, so not yet the 3 days before landing, which seems very strange considering it takes 2 days to get to Asia, but keep getting notifications in Indonesian & pressing on them doesn’t seem to translate, even though I saved it in English, they are still in Indonesian ☹️
Waste of time
For a government app, this is useless. I have been registered since COVID when we needed to travel but now it won’t work when you have to do more health requirements for the country. Fix the app correctly, also I had it in English but now every time I receive an email it’s only in Indonesian and has not got the translation on it. Also if we as international visitors need to add this app and you need 2nd ID we don’t have the Indonesian NIK etc but it will not go past this now. Make the APP user friendly and also make sure it runs and is updated regularly. Now I have to key it all back in and nothing works in the app especially when it comes to the PIN! Please fix it

I’ve tried several times to re-register but no WhatsApp verification codes have been sent, useless app
Doesn’t work
I tried to download the international certificate, but it doesn’t work. The error button keeps showing error and the QR code bring me to a random PK google search??
Frustrated
I know I should be trying to learn a bit of the language, but if you want me to come as a tourist then I believe I warrant a bit of assistance. If I hadn’t already paid for airfares and accommodation I simply wouldn’t bother visiting Indonesia at all ever.
Absolute garbage
Do not know about the Indonesian version but the English one it absolutely terrible. Half translated, totally unintuitive and counter productive, repetitive and hard to navigate.

I understand nothing about this app. Can’t find where to switch to a language I can read.
I need help please
It won’t let me add my international certificate. Also my middle name is wrong and won’t let me edit it. Have no idea what to do know. I tried WhatsApp in help section and it’s in Indonesian so I can’t read any replies. No idea what I do now.
Not user friendly
Very complicated app even just to submit the vaccines certificate. Please simplify your procedures, I have 1 certificate listed all the 3 vaccines why do I have to submit one by one. seriously, this is exhausting.
