Satyam review
The biggest problem is that the app does not seem to understand what its users need. Features that should be simple feel complicated, problems do not always get addressed properly, and the overall experience feels like it was released before it was truly ready. An app should make things easier, but Satyam often feels like it creates more frustration.
The design and performance also need major improvements. The app does not feel smooth or professional, and navigating through it can feel like a chore instead of something enjoyable. A good platform should make users want to come back, but this app often makes users question why they are using it in the first place.
The lack of a strong user experience and proper attention to feedback makes the app feel disconnected from the people who use it. Instead of feeling like a community, it can feel like a platform that still has a lot of problems to solve.
Overall, Satyam has a lot of work to do before it can be considered a high-quality app. In its current state, it feels frustrating, unfinished, and far below the standard that users should expect. This app needs major improvements in design, communication, reliability, and user satisfaction.
Mediocre but with potential
Response from developer
Thank you for your feedback. You are absolutely right that religious education should come from qualified educated people. We built Satyam as a starting point and a companion for people who don't have access to it, not a replacement for it. We did use AI and we're aware that it shows up in some places. We're working to fix those areas up. On account deletion part, you can delete your account under Settings. If you're not seeing that option, let us know and we'll look into it right away. On data tracking, what specifically concerned you? That'll help us fix the right thing first instead of guessing.
