Sauna Log: Visits & Sets

Log your sauna session in 30 seconds after you cool down. Rate each round, and Sauna Log shows you the temperatures and times that give you the best post-sauna bliss. Not a sauna finder or review site — it's your own private sauna journal. WHAT YOU CAN DO • 30-second session log Pick the place, add your rounds (sauna, cold plunge, rest) and rate how you felt — all with taps. "Same as last time" brings back your usual routine in one tap, and you can duplicate rounds instantly. • Your Bliss Formula Rate each round and the app finds the sauna temperature and time, cold plunge temperature and time, and rest style that work best for you — based only on your own logs. • Places & wishlist Every sauna, spa and bathhouse you visit, with visit counts and notes like sauna and plunge temperatures. Keep a list of places you want to try next. • Stamp book Each new place adds a unique stamp to your collection. Visit 5 or 10 times to earn silver and gold frames. • Prefecture map See at a glance which parts of Japan you've explored. • Stats Monthly visits and pace, trends by place and season, and your personal records. • Shareable cards Turn today's session into a beautiful card for social media. Monthly and yearly summary cards, too. • Post-sauna meal album, badges and ranks, a sauna glossary and etiquette tips • Switch between °C and °F PERFECT FOR YOU IF • You want to remember plunge temps and round times from every visit • You're curious which routine relaxes you the most • You love collecting places you've been • You want a clean record of your sauna habit — or something nice to share PRIVACY • No account or sign-up • Your logs and photos are stored on your iPhone and are never sent to our servers • Logging works offline • The app may load public App Store information to show our other apps • Please don't bring your phone into the sauna or bath — log your session after you're done
