Wouldn’t restore purchase after taking money
I restored the study material after payment but it just wouldn’t let me have access to it, after taking my money.
App issues and no one to reach out to?!
I have purchased a subscription that’s not supposed to end until august 8th and for some reason I have no access to any quizzes. It keeps telling me to purchase even though I already have.
If this is the case am I able to get a full refund for the one month subscription since I am unable to get access please or should I just dispute it with my bank?

I tried to open the app in my other devices I was unable tried to contact customer service never answered DONT buy it it’s a waste of money

NCLEX PN
So far, so good the app is great ! This is great. It explains the “WHY” with the rationale. Today I pass my PN comp. Predictor Test today, 88% chance that I will pass NCLEX on the first attempt. I’m proud of myself. Practice, Practice, practice. It make a difference 😉! You got this 💪🏽 !

Navigation is a bit hard. I sometimes wanna study just specific topics, but search bar isn't allowing me. i have to scroll all the way down to find the topic I'm looking for which is time consuming

I did about 100 practices a day for a month before my NCLEX and I passed my test in 75 questions. Great app!
Lost access to everything
I bought this app and was able to use it pretty easily but now I’m unable to read anything of what I’ve bought unless I get a subscription. This was never mentioned in the app until recently. Now I can’t study on the go. Wish I could get a refund.

This app is a 100/10. Definitely would recommend. From the thousands of questions to the rationales and where exactly you can find the answer in the book. I highly recommend this to help pass NCLEX.

The Saunders book along with the Saunders application it’s a great resource and I must have been preparing for your NCLEX. It provides rationale along with supporting documentation in the book so that you will have a better understanding to the selected correct answers.
