I use Saunders for my LPN program and I passed my NCLEX with the minimum amount of questions now I am studying for my RN NCLEX and I can tell from the comprehensive reviews that are provided that this is beneficial material for the RN NCLEX. I am so grateful for Saunders.

Great
Overall the app is very helpful in helping me to understand the strategy of each question and how to tackle the question. The answers for the questions are explained and for the most part helpful. There has been one question I caught that had the wrong answer but the explanation was correct. I do sometimes doubt the answers but I just make sure to compare against the nursing notes I have from nursing school. I tried to look to see how to report the error, but I have yet to figure it out. Otherwise, Good Luck to all who take the NCLEX!! P.S. The NCLEX site recommended Saunders and I chose this one. I will let you know if I pass.

I bought this app for 1 year. After paying, the app is still free and cannot be used. Does that mean I have wasted my money?

Unable to contact support
I attempted to contact support through the app. It just says “ your device is not set up for email. “ can’t reach anyone to figure out why the fundamentals questions disappeared from content.
After downloading the app, I created my first study quiz, I was able to add foundations of nursing from the content topics. Now, when I go to create another quiz or test, there is not a single content topic that lists “Foundations”
How can I access this topic ?

Need more Unit-specific quizzes
I like how there are ways to study by unit (ex. Foundations, Maternity), but I can’t take quizzes on specific units. I’m trying to take quizzes specifically pertaining to Maternity and that will only give me Maternity related questions, but that’s not an option. i believe that’s wrong, and should be a feature included in the subscription.

Be warned you will get charged after subscription Cancellation
I really enjoyed using Saunders Review, except for the fact that the audio resource didn’t work. I initially subscribed for three months in October, but I forgot to cancel, so I was charged again in January—that was on me. However, I canceled my membership in February, yet I was still billed at the end of the month, even though my subscription should have ended in April. Since I used Apple Pay, I requested a refund, but then on March 1, I was charged an additional $25 for a past-due balance. This is ridiculous! There’s no customer service to speak to, no way to resolve issues—just a frustrating experience. Feels like a scam.

Apple sells our resources but we do not have access to their sales data. If you had contacted support@skyscape.com we could have assisted you on how to cancel and request refund.

Practice Questions Keep Glitching
I have the physical copy of the book and I really enjoy the practice and information. Unfortunately, when I attempt the daily study goal, it continues to glitch. After completing a question, it brings me to a “Question 0”, and I have to go back out and in to continue. This obstructs my progress tracking.

Worth it
A saving grace... paramedic now in RN school.. eeks.. differnt ways of thinking - frustrating most often. THis app is doing very very well helping me to understand the intricacies they are looking for. Just playing the game, leanring what they want -- and heading down future career path - if the Lord wants me to live and do it.
