No control over power use nor battery use
Savant is an expensive mistake. We do not have any control over when the grid is used, when the battery is used, when the battery is charged. It will use grid power when the battery is nearly full in the morning and the solar is coming on line shortly. The The system glitches constantly and interrupts power to the house resetting everything.
Please add actual logic to how the power is used. Not schedules with backwards worded charging notations. Not three modes where two are the same and one is hard code to the utility tou hours.

Horrible support
I have invested over $150K into Savants home battery back up system.18 months of ownership now with nothing but trouble. I invested into more solar to help with the situation a few months ago which finally helped , and finally I was getting somewhere that Savant originally promised. November comes along with an app update which completely stripped all of my settings ability. Now with shorter daylight , I have no ability to adjust settings for proper energy storage ( more wasted money). Furthermore, the power company is shutting down power due to Santa Ana winds and fire prevention, and I have no ability to run off battery because of the dam app update , and this is the original reason I invested into savant in first place. I have called Savant about this last month, in which they lied about things stating Savant has made no changes to their system , and it is running just fine . Please contact installer they said to fix problem. I called the installer who informed me about the dreaded app update , and Savant is working around it and will be fixed in two weeks . 6 weeks later now, and I contact savant again , in which they say update should fix problem by end of this month..... not holding my breath PASS ON SAVANT!

v3.0.1 Is A Dumpster Fire
“Upgrading” to v3.0.1 stripped a ton of functionality. Savant Support will likely respond to your negative review with a message along the lines of an installer being able to fix the problem. This may be possible but after three weeks, the soonest ETA for a fix is two weeks. IMO, they have an app update that is slowly working its way through QA and Apple approval.

V3.0.3 is messed up big time
It is either a very big coincidence or v3.0.3 is trash. I installed it and instantly lost the ability to see all but the most superficial of information. The ability to change anything is completely gone. Not greyed out but just non-existent.

Feature requests:
We have 3, sometimes 4 different charge rates with smud. I’d like to set preference to charge up battery during lowest period.
I’d also like to know how to make charging more efficient by charging only up to 95% so as to not stress battery or charge at highest 5%
It would also be nice if the graph saved the last filters from previous viewing and you can dismiss the green popover, and the filters and ranges applied to the below section.
