This app started working when I initially purchased it. Now about a year or so, it doesn’t save shorts. It made me loose all my previous shorts saved. And I can’t download my saved shorts.

App is crashing all the time
I have purchased this about 2 years ago. It was working perfectly fine until recently. The app is always crashing. I deleted the app to reinstall. Lost all my saved videos in the process. And still the problem is resolved.

It does not work every time you try to download. It closes the app and takes you to your phone main page. I want my money back.
