Also your claim adjusters at titan are unprofessional. I don’t like that you use third party collision experts because they were rude and talked very unprofessionally.

Look if your just looking for insurance that will keep the police off your ssa and tickets out of your mailbox, look no further!! You do everything online and never have to speak to anyone ! It being so cheap, I was worried at first but I have been pulled over and the insurance is legit! $50 a month is what I pay , I used to pay $125 through bayouth!

Well the first complaint I have is now all of a sudden I have to pay every two weeks instead of once a month and I don't like that and my second complaint is the only way to pay is by card but if I pay my card you charge me $3.50 to pay it so I gotta pay to pay the bill I think that's stupid and I don't like it and I think I'll look for a different insurance company

Affordable and Reliable
Very convenient and easy to use
It’s not terrible but it does suck!
This app won’t let you update password or anything. Makes you wait 20 days for renewal offer which is when you have a desperate deadline to meet which coerces you into sticking with the company. It sucks! Go with a more well known insurance company which you’d pay nearly the same. Cause these people ain’t cheap!

Not too bad
So far Safe Money Auto has been great, everything at my fingertips when needed. It’s also very affordable. Its downfall is that you can’t update your address when you move. If they make these changes in the app or online, I would like to give them 5*
It is so complicated
I hate this app because you have to have the account number or the policy number before you can even re-log into your account along with other things and there needs to be Customer Service all the time and there’s not

Bad customer service
I’ve tried to call this company multiple times. They’re always closed. The app is terrible. I’m trying to figure out how to add another car. I can’t even do that.

I recommend Save Money Auto to anyone living in Oklahoma! Everyone I have come in contact with has been been very professional and kind with a caring attitude! They take the time to answer my questions and are very patient and polite! The app is so easy to use! What are you waiting for. Switch to them for your insurance needs!

Can finally access documents
I can easily access my ID cards,declaration pages for my lienholder and everything for the tag agency through this app After I signed up as a new user it’s been so much easier than having the physical paperwork to keep track of in my cars

Rude don’t know what they’re doing
Can’t use it.
Registered to use the app but can’t actually login. Keeps saying my password can’t be authenticated.
Overcharged without knowing
Not a bad deal on auto insurance, but it said it was going to charge my card $46, wound up charging 49.50 without telling me there was a fee. I would’ve been cool with a fee, but you’re not telling me about it. That is stealing. Everyone check your bill vs your account please.
Experience
Everytime I wanted my documents I had to text the company; although, they would get it too me quickly this make it a lot easier to access ALL my documents! Making payment is so much more convenient too. No issues i’ve came across this is awesome!
