Way to old school
Okay, so first of all they make you take pictures of your vehicles when you start full coverage. Second the app stinks because it hardly shows anything about your current Insurance. Third overall the app just sucks and I’m not even sure about the Insurance yet hopefully it’ll be okay. We’ll find out when something happens I guess.

As a paying customer who really liked this company I don’t recommend!
My car was hit while it was parked Mike whole situation was caught on camera the police got the tag from the store employee and the insurance company was Save Money Auto! They made me file under my policy because they denied my claim under the others vehicle ! My elderly mother and niece were in the car at the time of this accident! This company is a scam!

I don’t feel it’s right that you limit our payment options to credit cards or debit cards but yet to use them to pay we have to pay a fee that’s not right

Also your claim adjusters at titan are unprofessional. I don’t like that you use third party collision experts because they were rude and talked very unprofessionally.

Look if your just looking for insurance that will keep the police off your ssa and tickets out of your mailbox, look no further!! You do everything online and never have to speak to anyone ! It being so cheap, I was worried at first but I have been pulled over and the insurance is legit! $50 a month is what I pay , I used to pay $125 through bayouth!

Payments
Well the first complaint I have is now all of a sudden I have to pay every two weeks instead of once a month and I don't like that and my second complaint is the only way to pay is by card but if I pay my card you charge me $3.50 to pay it so I gotta pay to pay the bill I think that's stupid and I don't like it and I think I'll look for a different insurance company

Very convenient and easy to use
It’s not terrible but it does suck!
This app won’t let you update password or anything. Makes you wait 20 days for renewal offer which is when you have a desperate deadline to meet which coerces you into sticking with the company. It sucks! Go with a more well known insurance company which you’d pay nearly the same. Cause these people ain’t cheap!

Not too bad
So far Safe Money Auto has been great, everything at my fingertips when needed. It’s also very affordable. Its downfall is that you can’t update your address when you move. If they make these changes in the app or online, I would like to give them 5*
It is so complicated
I hate this app because you have to have the account number or the policy number before you can even re-log into your account along with other things and there needs to be Customer Service all the time and there’s not

Bad customer service
I’ve tried to call this company multiple times. They’re always closed. The app is terrible. I’m trying to figure out how to add another car. I can’t even do that.
