This app took my $9 but the washer never started. There is zero customer service on this app and no way to get ahold of anyone. SCAM!!!!!

Completely useless
Doesn't work at all. This app seems halfway finished: certain buttons cause it to quit, there are features that don't seem to be implemented, and to top it off, the app doesn't work at all at my local laundromat, all of the machines "aren't ready" and there's no way to make them ready. Completely useless app.

This app ripped us off!!
This app might be convenient for some. But it didn’t start my machine and then charged me for it anyway!! 😡 so I ended up paying twice for a machine that in the end didn’t even get started…. There no contact info on it either, so I can’t get in touch with anyone…
No rewards
Have used the app a few times works okay just need to look at the machines before picking one, but using the app says you get loyalty points which I have never seen.
Do not work
If you are in a rush and want clean clothes do not use the machines in Huntsville, Al. They are Too expensive and does not work. They opened a brand new laundromat and the corn machine does not work.
Ripped us off
The machine in Rainbow City, AL took our credit card payment but the machine would not turn on. Beware of trying to use this app with the machines. Save yourself time and frustration and use coins.

Very convenient I don’t carry cash or change and the price was very reasonable! No additional charge for using a credit card and the transaction went very smooth
Do not use this app
I downloaded the app to pay for dryer. It charged my card 3 times and did not start the dryer. There is no contact info on the app and no way to request a refund.
