This app doesn’t do anything

I got this app because someone told me it would help me track my time. The only things you can do on this app are read something dumb about staring at a wall, choose sheep or no sheep as you open the only functioning page which only allows you to slide a setting on a bar for the percentage of sleep you want. Percentage of what? The only thing you can do from there is go back to the sheep/no sheep page. I got this app to help manage my time, not waste it.
