The people that work at Saver’s Bank have been helpful all through the years. I have been using that bank since I was a child. As an adult nothing has changed with there helpful advice and caring ways.

Password problems
Thank God that Rafael is patient and kind!
For years I have had problems with a correct password not working. Invalid. Call or go to the bank, change password because I am locked out. Change the password, it works for a few months and then it is invalid AGAIN! Just had Rafael change it again and it works. If this happens again this time I will more than likely change banks and I really don’t want to do that.

So glad to have this app!
I’m a new customer of Savers Bank and although they are very friendly, they are so incredibly slow that I really value having this app in order to be able to make my loan payment in under 20 minutes
Crashes
Doesn’t even log me in, it just crashes as soon as i open the app. Needs an update.

The new app is really glitchy and I ftentimes logged me out and requires password even though I haven’t set up face-id.

Cannot paste password
At some point someone thought it was a good idea to remove the ability to paste a password into the password field. So you cannot use a password manager. I now have to make my password less secure and simple so I can remember it so I can type it in. Or write it down on paper so everyone can see so I can type it in from there. Sounds super secure to me.

Changing without notice, requiring me to purchase a new iPad when I am traveling out of the country is Not acceptable!

The app is absolutely horrible. It never allows me to login and a notification pops up saying they’re having problems. Very consistent with issues.

I’ve had many loans here over 34 years & always been very happy with the services!! The employees go out of their way to help you out, in a pleasant, professional manner!! I believe it’s the BEST bank in the Sturbridge area!!
