App doesn’t work, can’t find product
This is my second pair of slippers, different type. App doesn’t find the product.
Solid app once you know the limitations
Great to control the heat settings (for my socks while skiing) but if you use the app on/off button to turn the socks off through they can only be turned back on manually by pushing the button on the socks. So I need to pause the heating on the app, not turn them off, to maintain control through the app while using them. Not a huge deal but there is info on their site that indicates the batteries are in some protective mode and un/re-plugging them should resolve this and allow me to turn the socks on through the app. But that did not work. Since Bluetooth is not engaged once the socks are off this kind of makes sense to me.

I love the product and the app. Eat to use. I use it for socks. The timer feature on the app is very useful

I use this app with my motorcycle gloves. The app is exactly how apps should be. Very few clicks, all information i need in one screen and connects quickly to my gloves. No complaints
