Ever since the app got updated I have not been able to play or even open the app cuz it just shows a blank black screen and when I was able to play it was not letting me get even a single dollar paid to me I got almost to the point where I was able to get money and it stopped giving me any money

I got to the payment part, then was instructed to keep playing to cash out at the next level and cash amount got to that now I can’t cash out at all or even load the app, and I play 3 other games from the same company that cash out perfectly I want my $2,000 from this game
