Two Hours and Still Nothing
Our food sat for two hours. No driver. The person supposed to help you with the app stopped picking up the phone. My husband went down to the restaurant himself to pick up the food. The restaurant said to never use savtakeout because “no one ever picks up the food.” Blew up the savtakeout guy’s phone and he eventually picked up and we got a full refund. What a shame: love the idea of supporting local business but I guess Uber eats it is.

The Absolute Worst
Good luck figuring out if you have a driver, if your food ever gets delivered, or if this company even knows what the hell is going on with anything involved in the process of delivering food.

Another great update - I love being able to support a local delivery business along with ordering from local restaurants. Win - win.

Worst takeout delivery app in the world, maybe the universe. Delivery status is a complete fabrication of what is actually happening. Awful experience, every time.

Poor layout and app design
Much room for improvement. Appreciate what they’re doing to cut costs for local restaurants, but the app is poorly designed. Tons of bugs and error messages throughout. Thorough testing is critical before you launch an app like this.
