* Fixed: on the Edit Visit by Scribe page, the "Type to Note" sheet (opened by the blue "Scribe" button on the top) could have its Discard and Scribe Note buttons hidden behind the keyboard. The text box now resizes when the keyboard appears, keeping both buttons visible.
