Very glitchy
Great concept and layout but very glitchy and will go blank or fail to load content.
Terrible app
This app needs to be taken down immediately and reworked. It won’t let me update my pet or edit/cancel my bookings. It constantly crashes or freezes up my phone.
Constant issues
Your app and website both have huge issues that stop customers from being able to use your system.
The app I can’t log in I keep getting an error saying oops error as it’s trying to find appointments when I’m not booked in so of course it won’t work.
The website doesn’t allow me to sign in, constantly saying it’s the wrong log in details.

Praying My Groomer Will Ditch This App!
It is the worst. Confusing navigation to add additional services and makes you scroll through every possible dog breed (mine’s a Norwegian Elkhound…way down the list!). I book the same appointment every time, but it doesn’t remember, so I have to go through every tedious step. Sometimes it shows available appointments, and sometimes it doesn’t! Now…once you’ve scrolled, clicked, and done a deep search to load what you need in your cart…it crashes and won’t let you schedule! My groomer doesn’t like to make appointments by phone…but I’ve had to the last several months regardless :(

App crashing & not working
I have been trying to book grooming and nail appts for my pup for a month but every time I try, the app crashes and says I need to update to the most recent update. I’ve updated it and it still keeps happening.

Terrible App - doesn’t work
I haven’t been able to book my dogs’ appointments in a month due to the app crashing every time I open it & select a pet. I’ve completed all updates & nothing fixes the issue. When the app previously worked, the booking process was very glitchy & needed streamlined.
Can never complete the booking process
I have been trying for weeks to book my pets appointments through the app, however something always fails to load/breaks/etc. and makes me have to call in.
