I love that I do not have to deal with the dysfunctional dinosaur that is the HMRC. This app is like nothing I’ve seen before. I’m excited to see where this goes.
Total Chit
Do not get takes all your info promising a refund and doesn’t even reply on the live chat.
No reply’s or emails
One of the worst apps to get your tax refund back. I tried to contact them by live chat or email no response at all. I’ve texted them three times on live chat no one replied back at all.
Generic and high fees
25% Fee on your refund and only when you’ve subscribed to their £6.99 a month service.
Info in the refund is based on loose questions and I’m sure isn’t accurate to the true refund value.
