Sawgrid now shows ads. A banner sits in Projects, on the result and in the editor, and one full screen ad appears when an optimisation has finished, before the result opens. Nothing is shown on the cut map, in saw table mode or over a measurement field. In those places a misread number costs a panel. Sawgrid Pro removes the advertising and is still available as a subscription or as a one time purchase. With Pro you see no ads at all, not even in the moment after launch while the purchase is still being read. The settings footer claimed that nothing needs a connection. With advertising in the free version that was no longer true, and it has been corrected in all ten languages. Where consent for ads is required, Advertising privacy choices sits under Legal in the settings and can be changed at any time.
