UNBELIEVABLE!!! THIS IS THE MOST TERRIBLE THING I EVER WOULD HAVE EVER SEEN FROM A COMPANY THEY HAVE COST ME 3’2 THOUSAND DOLLARS AND I BEG YOU ALL TO STAY AWAY I WAS LEFT STANDING IN THE RAiN FROZEN FOR SIX HOURS THE TOW Company was 2 miles away I’ve been lied to and had my rights violated by the company and I paid everything they are trying to get me now by putting a accident on my record that I was at fault and the police report is clearly stated I was ran off the road it’s causing other problems getting insurance I’m a disabled tax payer I never got behind paid 6 months in advance the tow company owner told me that they had never stepped foot on his property they lied to my face held my truck costing me 2 k in tow fees and I paid everything they paid for nothing and they try now to cost me more money I pray to god that I draw up enough courage to Sue these people please pray that they are destroyed and I don’t believe that I’m the only one there is one say ins who can judge u

Absolutely Awful
The app is constantly freezing/crashing, and doesn’t let you update or change payment methods which causes your policy to be cancelled. There is no way to speak to a live person and whoever responds to the customer service emails is rude and doesn’t have any interest in assisting.
Crashes
App crashes and or freezes every time I try to update make payments and or make changes. Every time I use it! Frustrating and meaningless! App would be great if IT would fix.
Slow and web-based, no iPad app

Thank u SAY insurance , I’ve had car insurance for long time and someone told me check them out and I’ve never been happier with car insurance !!! Everyone goes beyond to help u and their prices are great so I give them a 10-10 :) keep up good work Say !!!
App missing a feature
What I’ve tried to use has worked, but the app is missing the insurance/driver score available on the website.
Very good first iteration
The app is so far so good, easy to understand and navigate within the app
The only other thing I’d like to see is a feature to add my insurance id card to apple wallet
This can make it easier to retrieve even when the customer is stuck in a place where there is no signal range
An alternative could be an offline storage option within the app

Broken App
If only the app was as good as the insurance and customer service… downloaded the new app, but all I get from it when I try to log in is a “spinning wheel”. I get past the email and verification code, then nothing. Oh well, at least the insurance is awesome.

Their claim process are very easy. On road assistance is really fast and easy to handle. Premium is very less. I don’t think anybody can get less premium than Say insurance.
