Is this game officially shut down or just having an issue? This makes day 2 I haven’t been able to play

Game has potential, but…
As the title says, this game has the potential to be one of the best dragon ball phone games, however it has 2 big problems:
1) You hit a wall very fast in the game. After playing less than 1 day I already hit a wall and there is not much I can do. I will have to wait for some days / weeks and upgrade my units to progress any further. I don’t have a problem grinding, but apart from the main story there’s not much progression I can make. I even donated to support the game but it seems you do need to put a lot of money in if you wanna make meaningful progress, otherwise the game becomes stale very quickly.
2) The combat mechanism is terrible. There is no targeting function and sometimes your units attack an enemy and are about to finish him off, then randomly decide to switch to a different target, and you can only sit there and wait. Also there is no way to exit a losing battle so you have to sit all the way through and watch how you slowly die instead of taking a quick “L” and trying a new strategy.
Please add a manual battle or targeting function to the game, because the gameplay is horrible with the “smart” auto targeting.
3) Most good characters are locked behind events that require you to donate hundreds of $$$ to obtain them. You can only obtain certain characters using your free pulls and diamond pulls.
All in all, as I said, the gameplay has a huge potential, and with some quality of life improvements and some optimization of enemy scaling it will be an amazing game and I would change my rating and recommend it to all my friends if it were better.
I understand it’s still fresh, so please, developers, take the opportunity and improve it.
