[v2.1.4] What's New · When you create a countdown, Apple Intelligence suggests emoji that match the title. Suggestions are processed entirely on your device. (Available on Apple Intelligence–supported models only) · See how many to-dos are currently shown right above the list, and tap it to change the view. · Notifications that arrive while you're using the app now show a banner, play a sound, and stay in Notification Center. · Swipe a to-do right to complete it, or left to delete or archive it. (iOS 27 or later) · On iPad in landscape, the couple background photo now appears in full without being cropped. Performance · Saving to-dos stays fast even with many photo countdowns. · Lists with many photo countdown cards scroll more smoothly. · Typing in couple notes with many photos no longer stutters. · The app responds right away after you briefly pull down Control Center or Notification Center. · Events are loaded only once when multiple calendars sync at the same time. · Calendar views with many events render more efficiently. Sync · When the same item is edited on multiple devices, the most recent edit is kept. · Edits made offline remember when each item was changed, so reconnecting won't overwrite newer changes. · If changes from another device arrive while you're editing, both the new items and your edits are kept. · Changes made with Siri, widgets, or notification buttons are no longer lost if they overlap with a backup restore or sync. · Improved protection so data isn't deleted when your devices run different app versions. · Turning on sync after restoring a backup no longer deletes items from your other devices. · Sync no longer stalls when you have many photos. Dates · Countdowns and relationship start dates now show the same date in every time zone, without shifting by a day. · Dates are now saved correctly on devices that use the Buddhist or Japanese calendar. Widgets · All-day events that span multiple days now appear through their last day. · Lunar countdowns now show the original lunar date along with the anniversary number (e.g., 31st). · The Next Event widget now skips events that have ended and shows the next one. · Completing a to-do from a widget is now reflected right away in the large calendar widget. · The large calendar widget now shows a notice for months that haven't loaded yet. Calendar · If one calendar in an external calendar account has a problem, events from your other calendars still appear. · Outlook and Exchange event times are now read correctly, including daylight saving time. · Fixed an issue where special characters in event titles were garbled. · Events deleted in another calendar app no longer trigger notifications, and rescheduled events now notify you at their new time. · You can open events from search results even when Hide Past Events is turned on. Other Fixes · Fixed an issue where a countdown's notification settings disappeared on the day itself. · On the couple home screen, your own custom anniversary is now shown as the closest anniversary when it comes sooner. · Lunar birthday notifications are now scheduled again for the following year. · Tapping the countdown Save button twice quickly now saves only one countdown. · Fixed an issue where the weather location name was saved as "Locating…". · Allowing notifications from the notification preview now also allows app icon badges. · Fixed some typos and improved readability. · Yearly repeating and lunar countdowns now show "Today" on the day instead of "Day 1". · In English and Japanese, "D-Day" is now "Countdown," and counts read naturally (e.g., "3 days left," "Day 100").
