I know the app creater from working together and he’s a hard working person! Always was down to answer all my fitness questions and provide motivation and still does to this day. I think it can be intimidating working with personal trainers and going to the gym for the first time but you will not feel judged at all with Joe, just comfortable and motivated! I would highly recommended checking out the app, it’s very affordable and easy to use!

I know the app creator from a gym I used to go to. He knows what he’s doing and he’s got the physique to prove it. This app is a great opportunity to utilize the knowledge he has for your own gains! Everything you need to know is consolidated in one easy place, workouts, examples, meals. I have a number of workout and meal plans I’ve gotten through 1 on 1 coaching in the past, but I’m taking a break from them because whatever Joe is doing—it’s working!
