App constantly crashing
Constantly experiencing playback “errors”, have to delete and reinstall the app. So annoying!
No longer working on 5th generation iPad
Just stopped midway through binge set with error Sbs apiclient errordomain error 10003. After many tries to restart device and app I noticed that IOS 17 is now the minimum required. The latest for 5th generation iPad is 16.7.16.

Poor UI/X
We love SBS CONTENT. The app and user experience is underwhelming and due to the adverts, going back means repetitive adverts.

Great Coverage
I loved the SBS coverage of the Soccer World Cup and the Tour de France. Keep up the good work. So relevant to the viewers.

Every time adds come on …
Whilst streaming a show, regardless of what it is, more often than not, it will hang, get the spinning wheel of death, and eventually tell me that something has gone wrong and I’ll need to try again shortly.
So, I exit back out to the menu, click back to watch the show, and then I’m forced to rewatch the add that screwed the system up and kicked me out. And more often than it should, I’ll have to go through the process again.
It’s only because SBS has such good programming and shows (and it’s free) that I persist with this.
I have the most up to date version, so is there a way that this can be resolved? It’s not good for your advertisers to have resentment build up in your viewers, and it’s not good for your viewers who will eventually give up on it.

SBS is a scam
It won’t let me create an account and I closed the app multiple times to see if it was a glitch and it still wouldn’t let me create one highly recommend different apps this one is just lying to people
