Decent app but needs improvement
Convenient app for checking my balances, making transfers, and depositing mobile checks. A couple of issues I’m having with the app currently: Face ID recognizes my face for login, but does not actually login, so I need to use my password manager instead. And now when I login to the app I only see a blank screen where my balances should be.

Unable to process your request at this time
Several times a week I get a notification that they can not process my request at this time. So I have to log into the website to get my balance. Completely negating the convenience of this app. Please fix this issue!!!
I’ve seen better
The app is good in regards to being able to check your balance, view transaction history transfer funds, and basic things like that. My only complaint is that every couple of months I get an alert that it doesn’t recognize my device even though it’s the same device I had no issue logging on with the day before. I end up having to jump through hoops which ends up with me spending a lunch break on the phone with customer service due to it always locks me out when this happens. I suppose it’s nice in that it’s an added layer of security to verify it’s still me using my password, phone, and log on. However it’s not very convenient when I’m trying to check my balance, transfer funds, or would prefer to spend a lunch break actually eating lunch instead of chatting with customer service.
