在国外收短信有延迟，几十分钟才收到，同一设备为啥每次都有短信确认，有邮箱也可以呀…交易也不方便，盘前盘后都不支持

Terrible and outdated app
This really need an update fast. Not only is the design old, each time you login you have to wait for an OTP code to come through as well as signing in manually. If the app is inactive for a few mins, you have to..... sign in again. The trade layout is also confusing. I can’t imagine many people tolerating the deficiencies of this app when there’s alternative platforms available from other banks and brokers.

Slow App
App is slow, especially in heavy traffic. Decimal point doesn't work. So can't place order for any trades in cents. Please fix it quick

Can't do trading at all during such a bull market period! The system is totally down and no reaction to any kind of order! I'll transfer all my funds out of this bank, just can't take it anymore!
