SC Hurricane Helene Recovery

The South Carolina Office of Resilience administers the Hurricane Helene Recovery Program for residents needing assistance in the repair, replacement, reconstruction or buyout of single-family owner-occupied homes (if located in a floodplain) and repair of single-family rental units for affordable housing.
