Failed to open an account
It has been two weeks since I applied to open an account using the app some days ago I tried calling them they cut the call on me they then told me to go to there Facebook page I went and texted them they told me to call the same people who cut the call on me this is awful customer service 2 weeks and my application is is still processing

App Login
Hello, most banking apps now use a pin to login. It’s safe and convenient instead of the conventional username and password. Takes to long to log in.

Great App
Compared to the Zanaco app or other banking apps this one is very decent. It allows you to use both Face ID and Touch ID. You’re also able to make transfers within the app, it’s well polished fast and secure.

Apps keeps crashing if used from Scotland
Hey, can’t use this app without errors or it crashing completely. I often have to install and reinstall to complete a transaction.
In app menu doesn't work for on ios 16.3
As a banking app one would think you would priotize testing app stability on significant updates.

Not opening
Honestly this app is not opening for over a month now I’ve tried everything I could and other people have the same problem. I’m even thinking of changing my bank to another bank because what’s the whole point? It gets so annoying

Like I have said above I’m not here to complain but state facts , standard Chaterd in a fair bank , affordable bank , it’s excellent and fast with online transactions , easy to navigate around the online platforms , and I would recommend someone to open an account with them.
Now let’s state the negatives
Customer service is the worst overall, toll free number is mostly busy especially when u best need them, there are not enough ATM’s around a big city like Lusaka, not to talk about the banks themselves, all the branches I know in town do not work , there ATM’s are mostly out of money, please stanchart Improve on these things and we will continue working with you and recommend to our juniors aswel.

The app doesn’t open immediately you login, it only opens when you go to the home screen then back to the SC app, please work on that.

Uploading Selfie
I kept trying to upload the selfie but the camera was just stuck on hold upright. I used a table, my hands, my sister and even a measuring tape to ensure that it was upright And at eye level. But it kept saying hold upright. We can’t even open accounts because that’s a crucial step.
It’s not as bad as their customer service in person they are very slow and sassy
Yaba if changing my salary account was as easy as drinking water I’d have left a long time ago it took me 3-4 months to have my Visa card replaced but with FNB only one days

After having numerous issues with a named Zambian bank, I had very little faith in Zambia’s digital banking. This however, is a great idea. The app has it’s issues but I can see that the main objective is greater. The greatest thing since sliced bread!
