About
SCAD is a workforce management platform for private security providers and their field officers.
Security companies deploy SCAD to manage their clients, sites, officers and daily operations from a single system. Officers use the mobile app on shift to complete reporting, patrol and safety tasks that would otherwise be handled on paper or by radio.
REPORTING
• Daily Activity Reports filed from the field
• Incident reports with photo and video attachments
• Field inspections
• Pass-on logs for shift handover
• Maintenance requests
SITE ACCESS AND LOGS
• Visitor check-in and check-out with active visitor tracking
• Truck and carrier logs, including in-yard status
• Parking violation records
• Temperature logs with photo and video evidence
PATROL AND SAFETY
• Checkpoint scanning for guard tour verification
• Timed safety checks with automatic SOS escalation
• Location recording during active shifts
• Emergency SOS trigger
COORDINATION
• Site chat between officers, supervisors and site teams
• Shift schedules — today, upcoming and personal rosters
• Assigned site lists
• Policy manual access
Each security provider using SCAD manages its own clients, sites, officers and administrators, separately from other providers on the platform.
ACCESS
SCAD requires credentials issued by a security provider using the platform. Officer accounts are created by the provider's administrators. If your security company is interested in using SCAD, contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL OR URL].
PERMISSIONS
Location access records officer position during active shifts and verifies checkpoint scans. Camera and photo access attaches evidence to reports and logs. Notifications deliver shift alerts, safety checks and emergency escalations.
