Doesn't work

I just downloaded this app and no matter which location I click on located at 350 S Hollywood, no menu appears. I thought I'd try the app since we order fairly regularly but it's useless with no menu

Update-I reached out to support 5 days ago and have heard nothing. Deleted, goodbye
