Great app
I travel a lot - this app allows me to control and manage my prescriptions no matter where I am..
Useless
I kept getting text messages letting me know that I have a prescription ready but when I went to the app it said I had no prescriptions...I checked the phone number on the app and it was off by one number. I looked everywhere to try to update my phone number but that is not available. I even went to the urgent care center where I was told to download this and they had my correct phone number. They did not have the ability to change it. Then, I searched for your telephone number and all I see is a foreign number +61 404 200 260 listed under your Houston address. Please list a local number. Please make it possible for people to update their contact number if your app has the wrong one. I am unable to call on the phone because I am sick and have lost my voice. I sent a message in the form of a feedback and no one contacted me. When I sent the text “HELP” as instructed, all I got was:
“Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data Rates May Apply.” and
“Thanks for the message. Configure your number's SMS URL to change this message.Reply HELP for help.Reply STOP to unsubscribe.Msg&Data rates may apply.”
So this is why this app has been useless and caused more trouble than it is worth for me.
