Not worth the trouble
Was getting the magazine regularly, then it stopped and it seems I am still getting charged. I would love to sort this out but the app doesn’t give any obvious or easy means for an investigative dialog. I’m sure, once I have invested enough of my time this will get sorted, but this should not have occurred and I won’t be back.

Should get what you pay for.
My annual subscription automatically renewed. Then for 3 months…. Nothing.
Does an annual subscription mean 12 issues? Previous issues sometimes copies of ones previously published…yet no mention in any editorial; no explanation, no apology.
I got an email saying they had had problems some months ago. The new edition looks very like the previous. (thankfully with new content this time)
Other than heading ‘tabs’ at the sides I can’t see much difference.
I definitely feel like a let down and ‘taken for granted’ customer.

SAMI is great!
Love the magazine and the digital copy is just what I need to keep me entertained on long travel trip. Love the articles on builds, new product reviews and general info. Would love to get a subscription...but when you do the math, buying individual copies saves you money. Not sure why a 12 month subscription is more than a 6 month and a 6 month is more than buying them individually.

I paid for an issue but the download button doesn't appear on any of my devices! Tried rebooting, but no luck. I want my money back.

Repeated problems without resolution. Great magazine, just a poor delivery platform.
Here it goes again!
Had to reload app after repeatedly crashing. Now reloading purchased issues is painfully slow! Like several hours for one issue! If I didn't love this magazine and moved away from paper magazines I'd say I'm done with it! Come on guys, you can do better than this!
Aviation magazine
Great overall magazine. There have been times where the App performance has been dodgy. Erratic new magazine alerts, downloading has sometimes been a bit slow. App has performed better in last 60 days.
