Doesn’t miss on the details
A super in-depth and analytical app that grasps a wide range of factors contributing to property ownership that other apps don’t incorporate. The interface is very user friendly & I particularly enjoyed the create a custom strategy section! Couldn’t recommend it more and has definitely made me feel more motivated and inspired to achieve home ownership!!

This has allowed me to better plan and understand my liabilities looking 12 months, 5 years and 10 years ahead.
Tracking the value of my property on a daily basis like an equities portfolio is something that I have also found exciting and worthwhile.

Just what I need
This app is exactly what I’ve been looking for and there isn’t really anything else out there like it. As a prospective first home buyer, I can’t afford professional advice/strategy and planning so this app is perfect as it literally does that for me. My favourite part is the “simulate” feature which lets me test different strategies and visualise it all in the one place - so helpful.

UI is clean
First version always has some items that can be improved. UI is clean and modern, a few features are not that obvious at first glance, but once you play around with it and find the hidden gems it’s pretty good. Looking forward so some of the next versions and features.
Pro features not working
Love the idea and downloaded the app as soon as it became available.
Unfortunately the pro subscription has a bug where I’m not able to access pro features, like adding properties to my portfolio, even though it identifies that I’ve subscribed.
I’ve reported the bug through the app and not heard any kind of response. There doesn’t seem to be a support email that I can contact either.
