I start every song with it
Scaler creates results. Whether on the iPad or my computer, I start every track with Scaler. The iPad version has consistently helped me start songs around my house while not being tied to my computer. Hoping for the amazing Scaler 3 to come to iPad soon.
The iPad m5 battery consumption
For unknown reasons, the battery drains very quickly and even the device itself becomes hot.

Like I said, i must be missing something here. This app is confusing, and very difficult to use. The interface is very complicated and the timing is always off by about 1 beat when you try to record something. I tried to figure this app out, and of course I couldn’t get my money back because I waited so long. If you want to buy a completely useless app that will turn your iPad into a frying pan (CPU usage?) be my guest. At least you’ll learn about a thousand chords that you will never use in any musical endeavor…

I finally buckled down and spent 12 hours working through all functions of this app using the TSofS tutorials . The app has so many levels and so much to reveal about music theory and with a little work any budding composer will soon be producing several complete songs per day.

Scaler Keyboard
Still no update to allow access to Scaler keyboard in landscape mode, on Logic Pro for Ipad. Keyboard is only accessible when Ipad is in vertical mode. Really need this to be fixed please.

It’s an amazing and very useful tool. It’s just too bad that the UI doesn’t resize properly when used as an AUv3.

Gorgeous sound quality and finding melodies/compositions through Scaler is vastly interesting. I only know basic music theory and piano scales but a combination of understanding how harmonies work and what the goal is is enough to start concepting out an entire composition in Scaler.

Glitches out everything when gui is open in AUM.
Overall good program.. except causes AUM to hundred percent glitch out while GUI is open. Which renders it almost unusable for me.. if this can get fixed soon I'll change my review to a very good one.
Yes, easily create quotes and melody and record midi
I’m like this a lot and I’ve just installed it. Basically want to use my commuting time to create chords and to create a melody on top of that and then export that to my PC based studio one music station.. this will work perfectly because of the capture where you can create a cord progression and then improvise on top of that… love it
I might add the fifth star at some point, but at this point it took me quite a long time to find out that it could infect export middy in the export menu. There is no mention of midi at all which gave me the impression that it was not possible, and it took me hours to find out that it is..

Ipad gets very hot
Using Scaler in Logic Pro on 2022 Ipad pro, it gets too hot to hold and battery drains rapidly.

Long story short Paypal is dog water and refunded the app for me, I'll be rebuying this program in a couple weeks here when I get extra money again, excited to try the new features, ty for the support and friendly forums to navigate, ps Im subbed to ur utubes aswell ty all
