Won’t connect

I’ve bought 2 of these to play with my son and neither will connect to our phones…I’ve tried 4 different iPhones with no luck at all…really frustrating. Whatever the issue is its need fixing..who wants to spend good money on something that doesn’t work!

NEEDS SOME FIXING

At least you can control the cars but the extra featureds work poorly at best. I created a character and everytime I choose it the app crashes and in order to erase it I had to erase the app. The sound effects don't work in my iphone...and the list goes on and on. I believe all are minor things the can be fixed easily. As a controller goes the app does its job.

This app is useless and renders the scalextric useless as the kids cannot have their app on the iPad. Why??
