It’s a scam!
I was offered to pay if I wanted to share the document I scanned. And I paid, but once I tried to share the document I got technical error. So I wasn’t able to send pdf to my email, but they charged me money though.
Also the email mentioned in customer support doesn’t exist!
@apple how happen they you allow scam apps be in your store??

Верните функцию!!!
Приложение после последнего обновления перестало распознавать вертикальный японский текст. Купила годовую подписку только ради этого. Верните функцию, она прекрасно работала!!!!!
App doesn’t work
Not customer services. Email address doesn’t work. After couple times that being use just stop working. Mentioned that is not internet services on the phone Which is not possible.
Waste of money
£35 down the toilet for an app that constantly says service is busy or internet is down. So annoying. And no one to contact for a refund.

The app isnt working
For 6 days now my scan gets to the point of translation and then a pop up says “the server is busy or my internet is down. Try again later”. I sent emails to the support at aisberg but the emails are returned because they evidently aren’t in business. They charged me for my annual subscription in November but said nothing about closing down. DO NOT PAY FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION. THEY ARE NOT IN BUSINESS ANYMORE EXCEPT THE BUSINESS OF TAKING YOUR MONEY

Aucun respect des clients
J’ai un abonnement que je paie depuis plus de trois ans. J’ai pris cet abonnement uniquement pour m’aider à traduire des textes en arabe et cela fonctionnait bien. Il y a un mois et sans aviser ses clients , le développeur de l’application situé à Tbilissi en GÉORGIE a mis fin à la traduction arabe français depuis un peu plus d’un mois, l’application ne traduit plus l’arabe. La procédure est digne de structure constituée de voyous. Pour ceux qui utilisent encore l’application, méfiez vous de cette application car d’autres changements sont encore possibles. On ne m’a même pas restitué le trop perçu versé auprès du fournisseur de Tbilissi. Faites très attention car vous avez affaire à des voyous Il faut fuir cette applique. C’est le monde des voyous

Every attempt to translate a pop up message states the server is busy or not connected to the internet.

I have paid for a year subscription to use this app and service, and for the past week, I have been getting the following message: “Service is busy or the internet connection is down.” “Please try again later.” I try again later, and the same thing happens?! None of my scanned information has been translated after trying multiple times. This is very disappointing.

Short Trial Doesn’t Even Work…
I figured I would try this for three days to see if it does what I need to do which is scan a document and convert the text to Spanish. It keeps telling me the system is down and try again later. Why buy something that I can’t even try out?
