Fuel Savings
Very Good App, need to give minimum 4c as Fly buys gives the same, also most Fuel apps give 6c now and so giving 2c when pumping a lot of fuel is not fair, there will be more consumer’s if Fuel Savings and promos are good…

Never received the discount
I’m being shown a card on the Home Screen that says I’d get 6 cents off my next fill. I’ve filled up the tank twice ever since I started seeing that offer in the app. Never received the offer. My flybuys card is linked. I’ve found out that there’s a toggle that switches between saving on fuel at the pump and earning flybuys point. Toggled ON means you’ll earn flybuys point. This toggle is turned ON for me. Why is it turned ON by default for me? Why is this setting hidden away? Should be easy to find and change.

I won a free tank of petrol, how amazing. It’s definitely worth using the app, I won’t go to any other place other than using this app.
Really convenient
This app is so helpful - being able to pay at the pump and not have to get my little one out of the car makes my life so much easier. Plus the discounts are great when every dollar counts!

Fast and easy to use . Avoid any register ques. Fly buys can be linked which is great and all fuel invoices emailed and copies are easily available come tax time.

The payment system they use didn’t work and I have had my work vehicle been flagged as a fraudulent drive off, this hasn’t been resolved and today wasted 20mins of my time speaking to someone in the Phillipines who’s chickens were barking in the backyard who could hardly speak English or understand what I saying and had no idea how to resolve the issue

Access and team member unhelpful.
I logged on and used the app to do my purchase of fuel, when it got to payment the app wasn’t working and told me to take the barcode into the store and manually make payment after trying the payment option multiple times. I had received a 6c discount through the app and it was on the receipt although the staff member said it didn’t come through. I’m not worried about the discount but my experience was not great as I signed up to an app to make my time and team members a little easier, all I got told is that it may not work at her store. This can’t be right if the QR codes are present then it should simply work.. please review and let me know if there is something that I was doing wrong. But I have my card connected and this should work.
