Carefully sign up.

Careful when using the free trial, you could end up being charged $14.95 per week for an app the offer at $39 annually. And you have to cancel 3 days prior to the next payment or you get hit again. There many scan apps that work fine while not ripping off users.

Bait and switch

The ad states it’s free. It is only free to download. Most apps are free to download. They want 35$ a month to use this. What a joke.

Scam subscription

I started getting billed $9.99 every month after I downloaded this app. The App description states the app is FREE. Why would anyone pay $9.99 for a QR reader. There is no clear cut way to stop the charges. I. Had the App on my iPhone less than an hour then deleted it. Never agreed to a $9.99 monthly fee. Apple should not allow this kind of charging.

I Would Not Purchase Again

Upon opening shipping bag it came in and not encased in a protective box. Just a flimsy carry bag ,it appeared to have already been used. Instructions unreadable even with 8” magnifying glass with built in light. The control unit was already in the on position and the battery compartment was missing the locking screw. I was forced to download UPS app that I don’t need and I would have to pay for it. I see it was also stated in another post. Too bad it wasn’t available previously before purchase. All battery’s were charged and installed. The response for start was inconsistent. I found this unit more trouble than it’s worth and request a refund.

REFUND ME PLEASE!

I downloaded this app by mistake but didn’t think anything of it as I read the description and it says free trial unless you want to upgrade to more features. I should have read all the way to the bottom as that line is very misleading! I have never even used this app! I am requesting a refund of the $9.99 I was charged today. I will be disputing this charge if it isn’t refunded ASAP! Thanks!

Careful they are scamming you for $10 a week!! I’m surprised Apple hasn’t tossed this app. They give you three days free - be sure to check your email from Apple and cancel before they start charging

Arizona lottery does not charge for a bar scan. Michigan could learn a thing or two from them. Now I will not buy Michigan lottery tickets because I am not going to pay for a scan app and will not spend my time in putting numbers into an app.

Ready to follow directions

Sometimes taking a walk in the evening is a really good clarify and then when you finally reach your destination, you’re unclear like how to proceed because you’re tired and so you sit down and you’re just waiting for the next scanner thing to be working correctly so I can make these documents, but come and say hello
