Works perfectly, huge time saver

I'm selling CDs and vinyl on Discogs and this works perfectly for scanning barcodes so I can paste them into a spreadsheet and upload many items at once for sale. Not sure why someone posted a bad review of this.

Works like a charm

Up and running in no time. And the scanner identifies barcodes without delay and allows to immediately paste it on the macbook pro (2013).
Great idea and great implementation!

One wish: automatic copying of scanned code into clipboard on the iphone/ipad (as option) would be the cream on top:
my app runs in a browser - so I could work with just one device.

Incredible App, Thank You!

I downloaded the web version of the Mac companion software and this worked perfectly.

Exactly what I wanted, sends scanned barcodes to a paired (2020) MacBook Pro, basically instantaneously even without connection to the same network.

Massive thank you to the developer, very much worth the purchase.

Waste of money

Scans one code. That’s it. Requires access to System and Finder in Mac. No thanks.

Response from developer

Please specify "Scans one code". ScanAndSend scans multiple types of codes. Access to System and Finder on Mac is required in order to simulate a keyboard for entering the text automatically.  If you don't like to give access, please consider using our new free client from the Mac App Store, which copies scanned codes into your clipboard - it doesn't require access. If you are unhappy using ScanAndSend please contact us via mail: scanandsend@ppco.at We'd like to improve the app, in order that you are happy using it.
