About
Tired of logging every single meal?
Scanat is not the kind of app that scores you and leaves you feeling bad. Just snap a photo. Instead of cutting back, it suggests adding one thing tomorrow. Miss a day, and nothing scolds you.
For people who gave up on food logging
- One photo per meal. No fiddly portion entry.
- Nothing calls out the days you skipped. Only the days you managed are counted.
- Instead of picking at every single meal, it looks at the day and the week.
How-to-eat-tomorrow coach
- Snap a meal to see its name and an estimate of its nutrition (a rough guide).
- From your recent trend, get a direction for tomorrow's breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus one realistic dish for each.
- The more you react with a like or "not quite," the closer the tips get to your taste.
- Numbers are only a guide. The point is how you'll eat tomorrow.
Product label checks from the same shot
- Snap the label of a food, supplement, cosmetic, or household item to see its label info and ingredients laid out clearly.
- A score (a rough guide) plus watch-outs and good points, easy to read.
- No barcode database - AI organizes the label on the spot.
Important
- This app provides AI-based reference information. It does not guarantee any health effect. Nutrition figures are estimates, not exact measurements.
- Meal and product photos are sent for AI analysis but are not stored on the server. For "how to eat tomorrow," no photo is sent - only a summary of your meals.
- Health information such as allergies is used only if you consent to the purpose and recipient beforehand, and is stored on your device. You can delete it anytime.
Snapping meals is free. Product scans are free up to 3 per day.
