Barely picks up the valuable information. Emails get scanned in as URLs, phone numbers are regularly missing numbers, and some of the names I genuinely have no idea how they get the results that pop up because they seem very random.

I cannot say how dissatisfied I am Now that I have to conduct two different processes to collect a scanned card Cumbersome Problematic No real supprt service Slow response time Upload to iCloud is extra work Transcribe is not clear Takes longer No one calls back No one gives support # The list goes on Scanbiz needs to go back or lose business Sad
