We've been using this application for about 2 months now. During that time frame they've made several improvements and modifications that have drastically helped make this a top notch application. The customer service has been outstanding and this is a company that actually LISTENS to their customers. There have been multiple times that i've requested some changes or minor bug fixes and they often have it fixed with 24 hours (that's unreal in the software industry). When we looked at scanning options there was only about 2 that integrated well with our ERP system. I called their main competitor three times and they never even returned my phone call. After pricing everything out Scanco's solution was way much cheaper than their competitors and was more adaptable because its cloud based. I'd definitely recommend not only this product but any others that this company releases.
