it says 17+, I’m 18 but requires 21
Clearly, this is for the US market, especially by their trusted company section it didn’t even seem to be scamming my non-bio page which I also needed it to scan and just showed me my info so I don’t even know if it was doing what I hoped it would, but I seem to not be able to continue because I’m not 21 but I’m in the UK so why is this app here? The scam was quick and it captured my info correctly all spelled out, but I might be doing something wrong, but I open Settings and didn’t see anything

First use
I just needed to scan some 1D barcodes and know the symbology. Scandit performed perfectly. Thank you.
One more feature
I’ve used the ID scanning feature and it works great, but I think there should be a setting to change when to warn me about age, since some restrictions like purchasing alcohol in Canada is the age of 19 not 21 (it failed when it’s under 21 not 19) other wise love the app!
scans just about everything
works great, it’s super capable, and there’s no ads and tracking built in
GS1 parsing broken
Something in the last two weeks broke the GS1 application identifier parsing. The app no longer breaks out GTIN , Serial, Lot Number, Lot Expiry, etc like it used to. Since that was my primary use of this app the app is no longer functional for me.
Illegible
We use this app to scan GS1 Datamatrix codes. The app is great, but the readout values in this version are so tiny we can hardly read them. Please can you fix this?
Great app, but don’t use it for confidential barcodes
No ads, super fast, supports many different barcode formats. What more can one ask for? Well it would be nice if it didn’t secretly send all your scans over the internet for “analytics”. Seriously, read the privacy policy and don’t use this app for confidential barcodes!
Bad update
This was my go to scanner but sometime they changed it and it doesn’t show the complete data which was scanned in a 2D PDF417 scan. I just get … at the end of the line and no way to see the full data. Hoping they correct.
From excellent to excrement

no save / export options (great scanning though)
i'm not sure what they're trying to accomplish with this app as it may be a sales tool for their business product/business subscription, but the app has no ability to save what you've scanned or to export it out.
I would be willing to pay 10 or $20 for this app if it had those features. after you scan various barcodes, it shows you their value but once you click on, it's gone there is no history no looking back on what you scanned

Crash Issues
App crashed a lot for me but good when it worked.
Can’t save out scanned barcodes
App is useless. You can’t save the barcodes you scan.
Incredibly fast
Even when the camera is still focusing it seems to scan a Code 3 of 9 barcode as fast as if it were a laser. Incredibly impressive, does exactly what you want, with no interruptions.
Works on almost any barcode
I was looking for an app to read a barcode where the numbers were damaged. But now I use this program all the time.

With the less ratings , something called to this app . I activate phones on my phone at events and It slows me down punching one number at a time , and why a barcode scanner gun? This app is so productive it has gotten me more customer and higher sales with phone activations . I let it scan all the barcodes and copy and paste and so smooth . I hope this company just keeps improving because they just know what people need . I tried the best one and it does not read it . This one Scandit is my money maker . Thanks Scandit . I approve this app I’m from California . So this ain’t not paid review either .

Outrageously fast scanning
Was trawling through the app store looking for a good scanner and saw this one.
Anyone looking for a good scanning technology that is fast at recognising various barcodes, needs to check this out. You've barely enough time to put the barcode into the camera's field of view before this thing has done it's job and decoded the scan.
Highly impressive demo.

What happened to Google search?
Older version a scanned UPC could be searched using Google with one click. Now nothing, not even copy and paste is an option. Please put this functionality back! Otherwise scans quickly and accurately.

IF you can find where the code went, good luck getting it to open to see what the numbers mean. All I got was a bunch of numbers that I can already read on my item
