AI Receipt Scanning Enhancements Global Tax System Support: Updated the AI schema and prompts to automatically detect and support tax systems for 13+ countries (including Turkey, US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Canada, Japan, Australia, India, Brazil). Accurate VAT/Tax Rates: Enforced specific tax rates (e.g., %1, %10, %20 for Turkey) and added automatic error correction for thermal printer misreads (fixing common OCR errors like reading %21 as %1). Mandatory Data Extraction: Made critical fields like Total Tax, Currency, and per-item Tax Rate/Amount mandatory for the AI to extract. Currency Detection: Expanded currency support to include JPY (¥), INR (₹), BRL (R$), AUD (A$), CAD (C$), SEK/NOK/DKK (kr). 2. Web Camera Support Desktop Camera Integration: Implemented WebRTC support to allow desktop browsers to access the computer's camera directly, replacing the previous file upload dialog. Custom Camera Interface: Created a fullscreen live camera preview with capture, cancel, and close buttons for a seamless scanning experience on the web. Error Handling: Added user-friendly error messages and fallback options (file upload) if camera permissions are denied or no camera is found. 3. Profile & User Management Social Login Verification: Improved the profile status to show "Verified with Apple/Google" instead of an "Email not verified" warning for social login users. Password Reset Logic: Prevented the admin panel from sending password reset emails to users who signed in via social providers (as they don't have app-specific passwords). Budget Input Fix: Fixed the budget input field to show an empty state instead of a leading "0" when the value is zero.
