App Review Information 1. App functions and target audience ScanLingo (读书学外语) is a local-first language-learning app for self-directed language learners. Users can scan or import study material, recognize text or objects on device, edit translations, save vocabulary and sentence cards, review them later, practice follow-reading, and view local learning reports. The app turns real-world reading material into reviewable language-learning content without requiring an account or uploading learning content. 4. How to access the main features No account or login is required. Launch the app, accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and create a local learner profile. The main features are available from the Home and Language Space tabs. Camera and photo-library access are requested only when the reviewer chooses a scanning or object-recognition feature. Microphone and Speech Recognition access are requested only when voice input or follow-reading is selected. The app includes one monthly auto-renewable subscription: Product ID: com.scanlingo.app.plus.monthly.v1 The subscription page is available from Settings > Subscriptions. Purchase and restore can be tested with an App Store Sandbox account. No demo login account or sample file is required. 5. The current learning languages are English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, French, Korean, and Brazilian Portuguese. 7. Regulated services and third-party material The app does not provide regulated medical, financial, legal, or other professional services.
